Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low-power and quiet mechanical dry mist generator provided with the intrinsic functions of a mist generator, e.g. the controlling of room humidity, generation of a minus ion and replenishment of moderate humidity, pollen and bacteria by the action of a water filter. SOLUTION: This generator has plural disks 7' each having water roll-up holes 8' on the rotating shaft 6' from a motor 6 in a large-sized casing 2. Water is rolled up in every revolution, the mist of 0.1 μm, etc. is completed by the outer mesh cage 10 according to the Lenard effect through the edge 8, further the water is completely misted through a labyrinth 14, and the functions, e.g. the moderate humidification of a room and the replenishment of the minus ion, bacteria, etc. are fulfilled. Consequently, a superfine mist is quietly formed with a low powder, moderate humidity is secured, and the minus ion and bacteria are replenished.
