Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polynucleotide capable of specifying an expression promoter and an expression inhibitor of nerve cell apoptosis inhibitory protein(NAIP) and diagnosing apoptotic diseases by making the polynucleotide have a specific base sequence. SOLUTION: This polynucleotide comprises a base sequence of 765 base to 416 base of the formula or its partial sequence and promotes gene expression. A polynucleotide comprising a base sequence of 482 base to 416 base of the formula and functioning as a gene promoter, a polynucleotide comprising a base sequence of 646 base to 531 base of the formula and functioning as a gene enhancer and a polynucleotide comprising a base sequence of 421 base to 202 base of the formula and functioning as a gene silencer are prepared. A candidate substance is added to a culture medium of a cell transfected with a recombinant vector having a reporter gene connected to the polynucleotide. The expression promoter of NAIP is preferably specified by using the expression amount of a reporter gene as an index. |
