Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling capability by improving the efficiency of cooling a heat radiating substrate. SOLUTION: A flow passage 4, which allows a cooling medium to flow in, parallel to a radiating surface 1a of a theremoelectric transducing module 1, is provided on the side of the radiating surface 1a, a 1st space part 6 which communicates with a supply opening 12 for the cooling medium is provided at one end part of the flow passage 4, and a 2nd space part 7 which communicates with a discharge opening 13 for the cooling medium is provided at the other end part of the flow passage 4. The flow passage 4 perpendicular to the radiating surface 1a is narrower than the 1st space part 6 in the same direction, and turbulent flow members 9 which turbulize a flow of the cooling medium are provided on the wall surface 4 of the flow passage 4 on the opposite side from the radiating surface 1a, thus constituting the liquid-cooled type thermoelectric conversion device.
