Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably control the ion balance for short and long periods by comparing an output voltage of an ion balance sensor mounted near an ion emitter with a set voltage, switching a high voltage power source to a high-state when the output voltage exceeds a predetermined amount in the first direction, and switching the same to a low-state when the output voltage exceeds a predetermined amount in the second direction. SOLUTION: BMEAS1 determined by an ion balance sensor 44 and a voltage BREF1 are compared by a comparator 52, the adjustment is not executed on a high voltage power source 46 when both are equal, and the proper adjustment is executed until they are equalized when both are not equal. This process is continuously and automatically executed during the operation of an ionizer 201. When the BREF1 is equal to the BMEAS1, the ionizer 201 is balanced when the actual balance indication value BACTUAL1 is zero, and kept as it is, and when the BACTUAL1 is not zero, that is the ionizer 201 is unbalanced, BREF1 is adjusted to be increased or decreased by using an ion balance remote control 24. |
