JOINT STRUCTURE OF SOFT RESIN PIPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an inserting quantity and a fastening quantity of a soft resin pipe in a constant level with few parts numbers by forming an inner surface pressure contact part disposed in parallel with a horizontal part of a chuck ring through a step part from a female screw capable of screwing around a barrel male screw on a cup nut. SOLUTION: A pipe end of a soft resin pipe 1 is acted on an abutting surface 5a of a stopper by completely inserting the soft resin pipe 1 toward the end of a sleeve, the stopper is slipped out from a chuck ring 4, and is finally pushed into a housing part 2c of a joint main body. An inner surface pressure contact part 3c is gradually brought into pressure contact with a tip taper part 4c and a horizontal part 4d in order by fastening the cap nut 3, and the diameter of the chuck ring 4 is contracted. At a time point when the step part 3b of the cap nut 3 abuts on the sleeve of the joint main body, fastening work for the cap nut 3 is completed.
