Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling device which is suited for use in the work of grounding a steel tower, electric pole or the like with a transformer, a lightning arrestor, high voltage equipment and the like attached thereto, and which provides for convenience in conveying the device itself in and out. SOLUTION: A drilling device comprises a drilling device body D with a drill 6 freely longitudinally movably mounted on a guide cell 5 mounted on a travel device, and a motor truck T carrying the drilling device body D. A hydraulic pump for driving the drilling device 1, a hydraulic fluid tank 50, an air compressor C and a dust collector M are mounted on the truck T. The hydraulic pump is driven by the rotating power of a PTO shaft which takes out the power of the engine of the truck T.
