Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a specific compound stable to temperatures and having low volatility, extremely low migrating properties and antimicrobial activity for an antimicrobial finish, etc. of a polymeric compound exposed to an environment contaminated with microorganisms. SOLUTION: This compound represented by formula I or II [R1 and R2 are each H, a (substituted)1-10C alkyl, a (substituted)1-10C acyl, a (substituted)6-10C aryl or a (substituted)6-10C arylcarbonyl] is used as an antimicrobial agent. The compound represented by formula I is obtained by a method, etc. for reacting, e.g. acetic anhydride with an acetic acid in which the carbon atom at the α-position is substituted with R1 or R2, reacting the resultant ketone represented by formula III (R4 is R1 or R2) with hydroxylamine hydrochloride, providing an oxime represented by formula IV, then reacting the prepared oxime with tosyl chloride in an aromatic solvent, affording a tosylate dissolving the resultant tosylate in an ethereal solvent, adding the formed solution into a cooled solution of metallic potassium in a dried alcohol, producing an aminoketone represented by formula V and reacting the produced aminoketone with thionyl chloride. |
