MASSAGING COSMETIC FOR EYE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a massaging cosmetic for eye having improved massaging effect and blood flow accelerating effect and remarkably improving the dark ring and shade under the eye by including a water-soluble polymer, an oil and a blood flow improving agent. SOLUTION: The objective cosmetic contains (A) a water-soluble polymer, (B) an oil and (C) a blood flow improving agent. The component A is natural water-soluble polymer, semisynthetic water-soluble polymer, etc., as well as synthetic water-soluble polymer such as polyvinyl alcohol and its amount is preferably 0.01-2 wt.%. A conventional ingredient for cosmetic such as petrolatum, stearyl alcohol and dimethylpolysiloxane can be used as the component B and its amount is preferably 1-30 wt.%. Materials usable as the component C are conventional ingredients for cosmetic, e.g. an extract of a plant such as arnica and Panax ginseng in addition to vitamin E, its ester, nicotinamide, etc., and the amount of the component C is preferably 0.01-5 wt.%.
