Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizer having a connecting rod easily assembled at low cost. SOLUTION: This stabilizer comprises a stabilizer 1 having a flat surface 2 without any recesses in both end parts, a bush 4 adhered to the flat surface 2 by a vulcanized adhesive, and a connecting rod 6 to tighten and hold the bush with a base end penetrating the flat surface 2 and the bush 4. No recesses need be provided in the flat surface at both end parts of the stabilizer, and the connecting rod 6 can be easily assembled since the bush 4 is adhered to the flat surface 2 by the vulcanized adhesive.
