PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency by facilitating work, and to reduce a labor burden of an operator by installing a grip having the size suitable for gripping in a lower end part of a tool body, operating an auxiliary lever by fingers by gripping this grip, and interlocking and operating a switch lever. SOLUTION: In this tool body 1, an external shape of a grip 6 is about 45 to 50 mm, even a female operator can easily grip the grip 6, and fingers can also be sufficiently hooked on an auxiliary lever 7. This grip 6 is installed in a lower end part of the tool body 1, and a flange-like antislipping member 6a is integrally formed in the lower end part. Then, after pulling down the tool body 1 via the grip 6, the tool body 1 is pressed down by engaging a machine screw and a bolt with the tip of a tool 2, and when drawing the auxiliary lever 7 by fingers, an engaging part 7a draws a switch lever 4 to actuate the tool body 1 to thereby fasten the machine screw and the bolt by axially rotating the tool 2.
