Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently exhibit function added by a functional material such as activated carbon as the increase of air flow resistance is checked. SOLUTION: This filter is formed by dispersing the activated carbon 3 as the functional material in sheet like filter media 2. A distribution density of the activated carbon to the filter media 2 is changed to change the air-flow resistance. The filter media 2 is preferably provided with a 1st region 4a where the activated carbon 3 is provided and a 2nd region 4b where the activated carbon 3 is provided in lower density than that in the 1st region 4a or is omitted.
