Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for regenerating a palladium phosphic complex deteriorated in its reactivity into a complex showing sufficient reactivity. SOLUTION: This method is to react a palladium phosphine complex deteriorated in its reactivity which is expressed by formula I Pd(PAr3)4 [wherein Ar is a (substituted) phenyl group] with at least one of a reducing agent and triphenylphosphines of formula II PAr3 in an organic solvent. The organic solvent preferably is an aprotic polar solvent, an alcoholic solvent, an ether- based solvent or a halogenated hydrocarbon-based solvent.
