Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new triazine compound which can be used as a raw material for the substrates of high frequency printed circuit boards, has excellent safety, and is useful as a curing agent for epoxy resins, as a low cost. SOLUTION: A triazine compound of formula I [(n) is an integer of 1 to 5; R1 is H, a halogen or the like] or formula II (R2 is a carboxamino aliphatic alkyl, a hydroxycarboxy aliphatic alkyl or the like), for example, C,C', C"-[4,4',4"-(1,3,5)triazine-2,4,6-tolyl trioxidized triphenyl]tris-methanol, 2,4,6-tri(6'- hydroxy-1'-hexylamino)triazine. The compound of formula I is an ether type triazine compound, and is obtained by reacting cyanuryl chloride with a phenol derivative. The compound of formula II is an amine type triazine compound, and is obtained by reacting cyanuryl chloride with an amine derivative. An epoxy resin composition using the curing agent can give substrate materials having low dielectric constants. |
