Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject preparation mitigated in unpleasant irritating taste developing when an antipyretic analgesic is taken. SOLUTION: This liquid preparation for internal use contains (A) an antipyretic analgesic having unpleasant irritating taste when its dissolved state is in a non-dissociated type and (B) at least one kind of salt selected from sodium salts, potassium salts and magnesium salts, wherein the above antipyretic analgesic is e.g. ibuprofen, ketoprofen, diclofenac, loxoprofen, naproxen.
