Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic container suitable for a container for drinks sensitive to oxygen or for sparkling drinks and a manufacturing apparatus capable of manufacturing such a plastic container. SOLUTION: A DLC film whose thickness is 50 to 400 is formed on an inner wall face of a plastic container. The DLC film can be formed by using a manufacturing apparatus comprising an outer electrode arranged outside the plastic container 5, an inner electrode 11 arranged inside the plastic container 5, a pipe passage 12 for feeding material gas in a carbon source into the inside of the decompressed plastic container 5, and a high-frequency oscillator 9 for forming a rigid carbon film on the inner wall face of the plastic container 5 by allowing a plasma to be generated by applying a voltage to a space between the outer electrode and the inner electrode 11 after feeding the material gas. The outer electrode comprises a bottom-part electrode 4 to be arranged along a bottom of the plastic container 5 and a body-part electrode 3 to be arranged along a body of the plastic container 5, and an upper end of the bottom-part electrode 4 is positioned lower than a central position between an upper and a lower ends of the plastic container 5.
