Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the handling of a fiber sheet by eliminating the run of the end of a fiber layer and to prevent the deterioration of appearance by fixing the fibers of both side ends in the fiber direction of the fiber layer to each other by an adhesive, or making them adhere to a shape-keeping tape. SOLUTION: A fiber layer is formed to have an optional width by drawing numbers of bundles in which several thousands-several ten thousands carbon fibers as reinforcing fibers are bundled. A hot melt adhesive is applied on net- shaped bodies, and by heat-pressing the net-shaped bodies and the fiber layer which are laid to overlap each other, they are adhered to each other. The net-shaped bodies are preferably formed on both surfaces of the fiber layer. In a unidirectional reinforced fiber sheet, in order to prevent the unidirectional fibers of both ends from running and being separated, the fibers are fixed by an adhesive. The width from the end of a fixed part is made 5 mm or below, preferably 3 mm or below. The fibers of a side end can be fixed with the use of a shape-keeping tape coated with a hot melt adhesive. |
