Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a procedure and a device for a tooth flank grinding machine for increasing economical effective use, improving quality and usefulness, and simplifying assembling operation. SOLUTION: A workpiece spindle 4 for assembling a product material 6 is rotatably arranged within a machine base 1. A grinding spindle 10 for assembling a grinding wheel 11 is sent in a radius direction to the spindle 4, and can be displaced within a plane orthogonal to a sending direction. A pickup holder 22 having some measuring sensors 23 and 24 can be displaced in parallel, to an axial line 7 via an NC controlled spindle 16 means. The mesh-matching for the material 6 can be measured via a device before or during grinding (e.g. for preventing grinding scorching) and after grinding (for final inspection). This procedure can provide high productivity because of a short cycling time and hardly causing failure. |
