Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precipitate removing device in water tank for efficiently removing precipitate such as sludge and the like while saving energy and conserving resources. SOLUTION: A cleaning robot part A provided with at least a precipitate suction part 20 for sucking precipitate 3 on the inner bottom of a water tank 1 together with water 2 and freely removably inserted in the water tank 1 in such a manner as to be capable of travelling on the inner bottom, a precipitate separating part B provided outside of the water tank 1 and connected to the cleaning robot part A through a suction pump 91 with a suction hose 92 for separating and removing the precipitate 3 from the water 2 and an operation part C provided outside of the water tank 1 for monitoring and controlling the travel and cleaning operation of the cleaning robot part A are provided.
