Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly detect a thermal influence and to make safe and adequate procedure to temperature elevation by providing the above system with a temperature detecting means for detecting the temperature at the front end of a scope and a cooling means for cooling the front end of the scope and controlling the cooling means according to the detected temperature of the temperatures detecting means. SOLUTION: The front end of the scope 1 is internally provided with Peltier elements 31 and 32 so as to come into contact with the inside walls of cover glass 5 and the scope 1. The sections of the Peltier elements 31 and 32 which come into contact with the cover glass 5 are cooling parts and the section s which come into contact with the inside wall of the scope 1 are heat radiating parts. These elements are driven by a Peltier element drive circuit 35. A temperature sensor 33 is so disposed as to come into contact with the cover glass 5 and a cooling decision circuit 34 is connected to via a signal line passing the inside of the scope 1. The Peltier element drive circuit 35 is connected to the cooling decision circuit 34. The cooling decision circuit 34 drives the Peltier elements 31 and 32 when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 33 is in a state above the necessary set value for cooling.
