Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the close contact of a stool seat with a hip in order to give no ill feeling during using a western-style toilet when the hip is put on a stool seat. SOLUTION: A storage position for sheet cover is made in a western-style stool cover and a circular sheet cover 3 is put therein and held by a spring 5. A hole is made in a western-style stool seat and a suction cup 4 is mounted therein for coming out when the stool seat is put up. The suction cup 4 is put in contact with the sheet cover 3 in the stool cover for picking one sheet of paper, and the suction cup 4 is kept at the same height as that of the stool seat, when put down, to permit a hip to put on the sheet cover 3 without giving an ill feeling.
