Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote workability of replacement work for a cutter bit in a tunnel excavator. SOLUTION: A guide rail 25 is fixed to a cutter spoke 23a of a cutter head, a movable block 26 mounting a cutter bit 24a on the guide rail 25 is borne in a movable manner, and in a tunnel excavator connecting a cutter storage box to the end of the guide rail 25 through a gate mechanism, the cutter bit 24a is positioned to the front side of the cutter head, hard cutter bit tips 30a and 30b are fixed to the front and rear in the rotational direction of the cutter head, and the tips are mounted to the movable block 26 in a state to make it possible to oscillate at a specific angle.
