Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition which gives a coating film excellent in hydrophilicity and stain resistance and generating no bubbles in a coating film when coated by compounding a hydroxy group-containing acrylic resin and/or a hydroxy group-containing fluororesin, a polyisocyanate compound and an alkoxysilyl group-modified polybutadiene having a specific number-average mol.wt. SOLUTION: An alkoxysilyl group-modified polybutadiene is a compound of formula I or II which has a number-average mol.wt. of 1,500-100,000. In the formulae, R1 is CkH2k; k is 1-12; R2 is CmH2m+1; m is 1-3; Y is CnH2n+1 or O-CjH2j+1; n is k; j is m; x is H, OH, COOH or a group of formula III; p, q and r are each an integer satisfying the equation: 0.1
