Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a safe composition for preventing and curing periodontal diseases having an excellent preventing effect on adhesion of periodontal bacteria. SOLUTION: This composition for preventing and curing periodontal diseases is characterized in containing mannose or manno-oligosaccharide. As mannose used in this invention is obtained, e.g. by decomposing a raw material containing mannan with an enzyme or an acid. As manno-oligosaccharide used in this invention, an logosaccharide in which 2-10 mannose units are bonded through αor β bonds is used.
