PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ease the adverse effect of an electromagnetic wave by insetting a tourmaline-containing element in a clip in such a manner that the surface of the element is exposed. SOLUTION: A tourmaline-containing element 14 to be attached into a clip 12 is of a spherical shape and is partially insetted in a curved surfacelike recessed part 12b formed in the base part 12a of the clip 12 and fixed using an adhesive. In this case, the tourmaline-containing element 14 is preferably molded into a porous element of a desired spherical shape. Thus it is possible to increase the area of the curved surfacelike recessed part 12b and thereby, sufficiently secure the retaining force of the tourmaline-containing element 14. Further, it is possible to fit the tourmaline-containing element 14 to the intermediate part, in the longer direction, of the clip 12. In this case, the bonding of the tourmaline-containing element 14 by means of the adhesive can be omitted.
