NOVEL MATERIAL REGENERATED BY MIXING GENERAL WASTE, INDUSTRIAL WASTE, SINGLE SPENT PLASTICS OR MIXTURE OF A PLURALITY OF SPENT PLASTICS WITH SEWAGE SLUDGE, SLUDGE FROM WATER PURIFYING PLANT, OTHER VARIOUS KINDS OF SLUDGES AND SLUDGE CAKE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regenerate and recycle wastes as resources without polluting environment by mixing all the crushed single spent plastics or a mixture of a plurality of crushed spent plastics with sewage sludge. SOLUTION: All the crushed spent plastics as waste, sewage sludge, sludge from a water purifying plant and other various kinds of sludges are regenerated and recycled by mixing the crushed spent plastics with the various kinds of sludges or sludge cake, admixing a water-soluble adhesive, quick lime and cement and forming the admixture into a raw material. Subsequently, the raw material is formed by a press-forming machine into the formed articles of various shapes or by an aggregate mixer into the aggregates of construction and cushion sand and regenerated. Consequently, the environmental pollution due to the incineration of spent plastics and various kinds of sludges and the environmental social problem resulting from reclamation are solved, various products are obtained free of pollution at a low cost, resources are effectively utilized, and global warming is reduced.
