Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method which reduces the time necessary for processing and storage capacity, gives an accurate approximate value to probability density and accurately estimates a scene from image data. SOLUTION: Both each image and its corresponding scene are respectively divided into a plurality of image patches and scene patches (step 610). Each image patch is displayed as an image vector, and each scene patch is shown as a scene vector. The image and scene vectors are made a model as a network. A candidate scene vector 621 corresponding to a test image vector is subjected to positional specification in the network (step 620). A compatibility matrix 631 for the candidate scene vector is decided (step 630), and the probability of the compatibility matrix is propagated to be constricted by the network, in order to estimate a scene from the test image (step 640). |
