Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer system, etc., capable of efficiently reporting an error, which occurs in the financial institution of the transfer destination, to a client requesting. SOLUTION: A financial host 1 accepts a transfer request from the outside and requests transfer to the other financial host 1 designated as the transfer destination. When the transfer request is processed and any error occurs, the financial host 1 of the transfer destination transmits a prescribed telegraphic inquiry message to the financial host 1 of the transfer source. When the telegraphic inquiry message is received, the financial host 1 of the transfer source transfers that telegraphic inquiry message to a transfer error processing server 2. The transfer error processing server 2 analyzes the telegraphic inquiry message transferred from the financial host 1, edits the telegraphic inquiry message according to a prescribed format and transmits edited data to the facsimile 3 of the request source of relevant remittance.
