PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a deficiency such as a malfunction for a key input and to improve operability and convenience in the case of inputting with a key. SOLUTION: When a key input controlling part 17 receives key information corresponding to a key input detected by a key input detecting part 11, the part 17 refers to active information stored in an active management table 15 and key input management information stored in a key input processing part management table 16, confirms a key input processing part 12 or 13 which is in an operational state (active) where key input processing is currently executable and also can receive the key information in a plurality of key input processing parts 12 and 13 and distributes the key information to the part 12 or 13. Even when the active key input processing parts 12 and 13 are changed, the key information by subsequent key inputs is distributed to an accurate key input processing part 12 or 13.
