Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive paste capable of patterning with a high aspect ratio and high definition in a single step and having a wide allowable range of light exposure by incorporating a specified dye and a specified organic boron salt. SOLUTION: The photosensitive paste used for forming a pattern comprises 50-95 wt.% inorganic fine particles such as glass powder or fine ceramic particles, in particular glass powder and 5-50 wt.% organic component containing a dye of the formula D+.A- (where D+ is the cationic part of a cationic die and A is an anion) and an organic boron salt of the formula (where Z+ is a cation, R1-R4 may be the same or different and are each alkyl, aryl, acyl, aralkyl, alkenyl, alkyl, silyl, a heterocyclic group or halogen and each of these groups may have various substituents).
