Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus which can surely and visually confirm arrangement of a measuring apparatus just below a trolly wire, measure precisely height and displacement of the trolly wire, and obtain a simple structure at a comparatively low cost, and is small, light and easy to operate. SOLUTION: In a measuring apparatus 1 of height and displacement, a displacement measuring scale is installed in the longitudinal direction of a slide frame 2 stretched on a rail R, and an optical scale sensor on a slider 10 detects the scale and measures displacement D1. An original point detecting sensor 9 is installed at an original point position of a slide guide, and the optical scale sensor is set in the state of measurement start. When the first collimation line of a mirror 11 is made to coincide with the second collimation line of a collimation member 12, a vertical upper part is mirrored on a mirror 11 on the slider 10. Thereby arrangement just below the trolly wire T1 is enabled. A laser distance sensor 4 is fixed on the slide frame 2, and a prism on the slider 10 is irradiated with a laser light. The reflected irradiation light point is cast on the trolly wire T1, and the height L1 is measured. A control unit 5 displays the measured result and stores it.
