Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a lime-improved soil mortar capable of suppressing the viscosity rise by mixing operations of water with a solidifying material and soil and promoting the dispersing of the solidifying material in a mixing process of the soil with water and solidifying material so that the true grains of soil in a soil previously pseudogranulated to a proper grain size is not liberated and dispersed from the surface thereof in a fluidization treated soil. SOLUTION: Water 6 is mixed with a hydraulic solidifying material 7 to prepare a slurry 9, which is then mixed and stirred with a lime improved soil 4 to produce a lime-improved soil mortar 10. In a job site 11 of civil engineering and building construction work, the lime-improved soil mortar 10 is prepared and used. When the lime-improved soil mortar 10 is not prepared in the job site 11 of construction work, the compounding ratio of the slurry 9 with the lime-improved soil 4 is determined so as to provide a viscosity value required for the time of use in the job site 11. Thereby, the reutilization ratio of soil can be raised as compared with that of a conventional method. As a result, the work cost is reduced to contribute to the environmental protection.
