Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with fastening plural kinds of screws without using a plurality of automatic screw fastening machines. SOLUTION: This automatic screw fastening machine has a driver tool 4 provided with an output shaft 4b rotatable receiving the drive of an AC servo motor 4a; a turret head 15 supporting screw fastening tools 16a, 16b provided with sockets 22, 23 engaged with the head of a hexagon head bolt which is an example of a screw, and constituted to rotate the desired one of the screw fastening tools 16a, 16b into a specified position on the axial extension of the driver tool 4; and a rotation transmitting shift mechanism 5 shifted into a state of transmitting the rotation of the output shaft 4b to the turret head 15 and into a state of transmitting the rotation of the output shaft 4b to the screw fastening tool in the specified position.
