Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regenerate a drying agent promptly and homogeneously and to do dehumidification by minimizing humidity increase in a warehouse during the change-over of a shutter by making the change-over of the shutter and a fan actuation circuit proper after the end of energization for heating the drying agent by an energization control means. SOLUTION: An energization control means (timer) 9 for controlling power supplied from a power source P is installed a control chamber, and actuation of passage and stop of the current to the timer 9 is operated by a humidity regulator 17 which turns on/off corresponding to the humidity of a warehouse. A fan motor 8 is actuated by on/off controlling by the regulator 17, a fan 7 is made drivable, and a drying agent 4 is heated by the energization of one of three heating elements 18 by a heating element selection device 30 and regenerated. After the end of energization of the heating elements 18, a shape-memory alloy coil 14 is energized after 30 min to open/close-drive upper and lower shutters 11, 11' for a change-over action.
