Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide quality of a bearing with good accuracy and with high reliability by installing a waveform processing circuit part or the like which extracts only a roller-off signal and a damage signal from a signal which is received by a sensor. SOLUTION: A receiver 4 which receives a roller-off signal containing a damage signal generated from a bearing and an amplifier circuit 5 which amplifies the received signal constitute a sensor 1. The damage signal and the roller-off signal which are received by the sensor 1 are extracted by a waveform processing circuit 2, and a counter 10 calculates all the number of the roller-off signal and the damage signal as a measured value on the basis of the extracted signals. Then, a computing circuit 13 calculates a roller-off- signal computing number on the basis of information about a corresponding bearing, and the roller-off-signal computing number is stored in a memory 11 together with the measured value of the counter 10. When the time is reached, the roller-off-signal computing number which is found by the computing circuit 13 is subtracted from the measured value of the counter 10 by using a subtracter 14, and only the damage signal of a damaged bearing can be found. |
