SOLUTION: In the heat-pump-type air-conditioner with a compressor 13, an outdoor machine 5 accommodating an outdoor heat exchanger 17, and an indoor machine 3 accommodating an indoor heat exchanger 7, the outdoor machine 5 is provide with a heat source machine 51 for supplying hot water, and a radiator 31 in which hot water from the heat source machine 51 can be circulated is provided on the windward of the out door heat exchanger 17.
