INJECTING METHOD OF REPAIR MATERIAL TO REPAIR PLACE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND INJECTING INSTRUMENT FOR REPAIR MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the injecting method of a repair material having high viscosity at high pressure and an injection plug and an injection gun corresponding to the high pressure. SOLUTION: An injection plug into which the repair material is injected is composed of a plug body 21, to which an end connection 25, which is formed in a hollow shape and to which an injection gun injecting to a base end section is joined, is formed and in which a male screw is formed to an outer circumferential section, an extension sleeve 22 formed of a deformable raw material inserted to the outer circumferential surface of the plug body 21, a nut cylindrical body 23 connected to the male screw for the plug body 21 and a pipe body 24 for elongation, which is connected at the front end section of the plug body 21 and in which a check valve 32 is mounted. The injection plug is inserted into an injecting hole bored to a concrete wall surface from the front end section of the pipe body 24 for elongation, and a part of the nut cylindrical body 23 is projected from the concrete wall surface. When the nut cylindrical body 23 is rotated, the repair material can be injected at high pressure, because the extension sleeve 22 is compressed, its diameter is extended and the sleeve is fixed firmly onto an interior wall, of injection hole.
