ANCHOR PLATE ATTACHING CONSTRUCTION FOR DEFORMED REINFORCING BAR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor plate attaching construction for a deformed steel bar capable of reducing cost for main steel bars for column and beam and also offering advantages in bar arrangement. SOLUTION: A steel bar 12 used as main reinforcement 32 for a column or main reinforcement 34 for a beam comprises a deformed steel bar 14, a male threaded portion 16, an anchor plate 18 and a nut 20. Various kinds not limited to a threaded node steel bar may be used as a deformed bar 14. The male threaded member 16 is formed with the male thread made on the outer periphery of a steel rod used for an ordinary machine construction. The male threaded member 16 is connected by jointing its end portion in its longitudinal direction to the tip of the deformed steel bar 14 by the frictional pressure welding. The anchor plate 18 has a hole at its center, and the male threaded portion 16 is inserted to this hole. And by the nuts 20 screwed to the male screw of the male threaded member 16 at both the surface of the anchor plate 18, the anchor plate 18 is fastened and fixed on the male threaded portion 16.
