GREASE TRAP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease trap easy in cleaning work, capable of efficiently cleaning the whole tank bottom at one time using a sewage pump, etc., and easy in maintenance. SOLUTION: In this grease trap, two partitions 5, 6 are mounted inside a tank 1 having an inlet 2 in one side wall 1a and an outlet 3 in the other side wall 1b with a clearance from a tank bottom 1d, an intermediate partition 8 and a contact member are integratedly combined with each other, and provided between the two partitions 5, 6 in an attachable/detachable manner, and the intermediate partition 8 is abutted on the tank bottom 1d. When the intermediate partition plate 8 and the contact member 9 are detached, the cleaning work becomes easy, and the whole tank bottom 1d can be efficiently cleaned.
