Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for attaching a label of a recording disk which can be stored compact. SOLUTION: When a disk center hole 1a of a recording disk 1 to which a seal label 2 is attached is fitted in a center projection part 6b on a disk case 4 side, and held, and a disk cover 5 is closed after the seal label 2 is temporarily locked to a temporary locking hook part 9g on the disk cover 5 side, a centering projection part 9f on the disk cover 5 side is fitted in a center hole 6d on the disk case 4 side, and centered. The temporary locking of the temporary locking hook part 9g is unlocked, and the seal label 2 can be attached to the recording disk 1 in a centered condition.
