Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a fastening work in the slit of a jacket by means of fasteners by sewing each fixing cloth onto one cloth tape constituting the fasteners or onto the end edge of the jacket and connecting the fixing cloth to the fixing member of a seat back. SOLUTION: The base end edge of the fixing cloth 2 is integrally sewed 21 onto one cloth tape 41 constituting the respective fasteners 4 together with the end edge 11B of a center part 1B. The fixing cloth 2 is provided with a length being nearly the same as the whole length of the cloth tape 41, its tip edge is sewed in a bag shape and a core wire 20 in inserted to the inner part. Then a pad 6 is covered by the jacket 1 and, then, the tip end edges of the respective fixing cloths 2 of the fasteners 4 arranged in left and right are connected to a sub-frame 3 being a member for fixing the seat back SB by a connecting tool 5 such as a hog ring. Thus, the fastening work in the slit of the jacket 1 by the fasteners 4 is easily executed.
