Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC/DC converter, which can effectively reduce radiation noise on the rear surface side of a substrate, without having to provide a ground pattern on the rear surface of the substrate or an intermediate layer and can be reduced in size and thickness. SOLUTION: In a molded DC/DC converter, DC/DC converter circuit parts 40 which includes a transformer T are mounted on the parts mounting surface of a printed wiring board 31 on one side of the board 31. The part-mounting surface of the board 31 is molded with a composite ferrite 50 prepared by mixing ferrite powder with a resin, and at the same time, the board 31 is constituted of a double-sided copper clad laminated substrate, which is formed by laminating fiber-reinforced resin layers containing a mixed ferrite powder upon one another. On the edge sections of the wiring board 31, surface mounted terminal electrodes 34 are formed. |
