Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically planarize mounting components at a high accuracy for a short time by actuating a centering mechanism to automatically correct them which are off-centered due to parallel motions in X, Y directions. SOLUTION: When a planarizing mechanism is lowered until a tool 8 contacts a work set surface 13 which is to become a mounting surface, the tool 8 tries to profile the work set surface 13 from its current point as a center, while it is moved in parallel for adjusting in the X, Y directions along X-Y guide rails 10 assembled in the mechanism to correct the deviation of the actual rotation center from the rotation center of the profiling axis, thereby driving the tool 8 to profile the work set surface 13. After planarizing, a cylinder 5 is driven to lift the planarizing mechanism while holding the planarizing condition. A centering mechanism is actuated to correct the center deviations due to the X-Y parallel movement, thus enabling automatic planarization in a short time with high accuracy.
