Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the temperature distribution in the breadth direction of a strip uniform by increasing the breadth dimension in the direction same as the thin plate conveying direction of part opposing to the thin plate of plural magnetic pole segments arranged so as to be surrounded by common coils with being approached to the central part of the thin plate. SOLUTION: In the electromagnetic induction heating device for heating a thin plate conveyed in the fixed direction by induction heating, plural magnetic pole segments are installed in opposition to the thin plate and in parallel in the breadth direction of the thin plate. Part opposing to a strip 1 of plural magnetic pole segments 15 in an electromagnet block, strictly speaking, part surrounded by a coil 14 is formed so that the breadth dimension in the direction same as the strip 1 conveying direction is increased with being approached to the central part of the strip 1. A shape of an envelope connecting the tip parts of plural magnetic pole segments 15 is formed almost elliptical. Temperature rising in the vicinity of the edge of the strip 1 can be suppressed, and the temperature distribution in the breadth direction can be made uniform. |
