Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic induction heating device hardly causing burning in a magnetic pole segment even if it is used over a long time and capable of stably and uniformly carrying out a heating process to a thin plate. SOLUTION: In this electromagnetic induction heating device, the arrangement of each part in a main part structure of an electromagnet is improved. The parts in plural magnetic pole segments 2 where magnetic flux density is concentrated, that is, at least those at the outermost edge and ones adjacent to those, are set the dimension (a) of steps of adjacent segments 2 within a predetermined dimension range (10-20 mm) so that the areas of the side faces are reduced and defined, and the generated magnetic flux is properly dispersed by installing a coil 3 more adjacently to the surface side of a thin plte 1 than the one out of the respective magnetic pole segments 2 having a side surface corresponding to the end along the arranging direction of the respective magnetic pole segments 2 above the surface of the thin plate 1 and protrusively at a dimension (e) smaller than the dimension (a) of the steps, so that the burning of the magnetic pole segments 2 hardly occurs even if the device is used over a long time. |
