KEY OPERATION MECHANISM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key operation mechanism allowing the use of a key whose height is limited in key operation face parts differing in height in the direction of key operation and capable of uniting switch substrates into one substrate and reducing the number of parts, assembly man-hours, weight, and cost. SOLUTION: Keys 3, 4 are mounted in a high position operation face part 1a and a low position operation face part 1b of a cosmetic case (main body case) 1, and a switch substrate 12 on which switch parts 12a, 12b corresponding to the keys 3, 4 are mounted is stored in the main body case 1. A spacer 13 is provided between the high position operation face part 1a and the switch substrate 12, and a key operation force transmission means 14 is provided in this spacer 13.
