Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suck or discharge a sample with one hand by arranging a button for suction and that for discharge at one and the other rack that are connected to a syringe piston, that are engaged to a toothed wheel that is rotated at right angle to the advance/retreat directions of the piston, and advance and retreat in opposite directions each other. SOLUTION: A base body 8 allows semi-elliptical cylindrical halves 8a and 8b to oppose each other and is integrated by screws 8C. At the lower portion of the inside of the base body 8, a syringe 5 is accommodated and is fixed to a position while the mouth of a cylinder 5a faces upward. On the inner-peripheral surface of the half 8a, a toothed wheel 1 is fitted on a shaft that projects orthogonally from the axis center of the cylinder 5a rotatably. At n upper portion in the substrate 8, a fist rack 3 that is engaged with the toothed wheel 1 and advances and retreats and sown is arranged and a second rack 4 is arranged on the opposite side while sandwiching an axis center 2. A retention part 6 that is directly coupled to a piston 5b is connected to the lower end of the first rack 3, and a button 3a for discharging is connected to an upper end part. A button 4a for suctioning is connected to the upper end part of the second rack 4. With this configuration, a sample can be discharged and sucked with one hand.
