Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To blow forced cooling air to an engine by integrally providing a hollow handle extended in the lateral direction to communicate the inside of the handle with the inside of a fuel tank on both right and left sides of the fuel tank in a portable engine in which the fuel tank is fitted to the top of an engine. SOLUTION: This engine 1 for driving a pump for a power sprayer is mounted on the upper surface of a support having a rubber vibration isolator on the lower surface, and a fuel tank 4 made of synthetic resin is fitted to the top of the engine 1. In this case, on both right and left sides of the fuel tank 4, hollow handles 8, 9 extended in the lateral direction are disposed, and both ends of the both handles 8, 9 are integrally connected to the fuel tank 4 so that the insides of the handles 8, 9 are communicated with the inside of the fuel tank 4. The handles 8, 9 are formed so that the lower surfaces 8a, 9a thereof are higher than the lower surface 4a of the fuel tank 4 by a suitable height H. Thus, forced cooling air can be blown by to the engine and the capacity of the fuel tank 4 can be increased. |
