Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit, an outer wall panel, and a building with excellent waterproofness without reducing the allowable range for transportation of the building unit and also without giving any limitation to its structural body. SOLUTION: A shutter box 2 is stored in an outer wall panel 1 of a box- shaped building unit U, and the front face of the shutter box 2 is projected slightly outwards from the surface of the outer wall panel 1. A water flashing 22 is provided at the lower part of the shutter box, and a shutter rail 24 is provided recessedly on the inside of the outdoor side surface of the outer wall panel 1. In addition, a water flashing 3 is provided under the shutter rail 24 projectedly from the outer wall.
