Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film capable of being processed at a high temperature, excellent in strength, external appearance and transparency and giving out little odor by admixing a composite metal compound having a hydroxy group and a carbonate anion with an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer having a specific melt flow rate. SOLUTION: With an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer having a vinyl acetate content of 12-45 wt.% and a melt flow rate at 190 deg.C and a load of 2,160 g of 0.1-15 g/10 min is incorporated a composite metal compound bearing a hydroxy group and a carbonate anion in an amount of 0.1-3 wt.% to give an ethylene copolymer composition. This composition is suitable for a film or a sheet and can be used not only as a single-layer product but also in lamination with various materials. Among laminated products, it is suitably used for a three-layered co-extrusion laminated film or sheet having an interlayer comprising an ethylene copolymer sandwiched by polypropylene layers. Most desirably, the metal for the composite metal compounds is a combination of Mg with Al or a combination of Li with Al. |
