Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items to reduce a cost, and to suppress complication of a production line. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with the first switch means 16 for connecting or breaking connection between a (+) electrode of a battery and respective one-electrode of the first and second high-beam lamps 20, 22, and the second switch means 18 for connecting selectively the other electrode of the first high-beam lamp 20 to a (+) electrode of a batery or the earth, and the other electrode of the second high-beam lamp 22 is connected to the earth. The other electrode of the first high-beam lamp 20 is connected to the earth when the respective one-electrodes of the first and second high-beam lamps 20, 22 are connected to the (+) electrode of the battery, and the other electrode of the first high-beam lamp 20 is connected to the (+) electrode of the battery when the respective one-electrodes of the lamps 20, 22 are brocken from the (+) electrode of the battery.
